Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Portfonia ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Portfonia is a portfolio intelligence service. It surfaces what happened in markets, how that relates to the holdings you've told it about, and signals that may be worth your own further attention.

Portfonia is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service does not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold, and does not generate trade recommendations, target prices, or ratings of any kind. Decisions about your money are yours alone; consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

The Service is currently invite-gated and offered on a closed-beta basis; access, features, and pricing may change without the notice period a generally available product would owe you.

This service is not available to U.S. tax residents. U.S. tax residents include U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents (green card holders), and any individual classified as a tax resident under U.S. tax law, regardless of their country of physical residence.

By registering for this service, you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. tax resident. If you access this service by misrepresenting, concealing, or providing false information regarding your tax residency status, Portfonia AI bears no liability for any legal consequences arising therefrom. Upon discovery of any such violation, Portfonia AI reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and permanently deny service, with no refund of any fees paid.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the holdings, account, and investment-preference information you upload or enter. Portfonia processes what you provide; it does not independently verify your positions against any custodian or brokerage.

You retain ownership of your holdings data. You grant Portfonia a limited license to process it solely to generate reports and analysis for your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service to build a competing product from its outputs.

Portfonia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Portfonia LLC. Reports generated for your account are yours to use personally; they are not licensed for redistribution as a data feed or third-party product.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data, news, and analysis may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Nothing generated by the Service should be your sole basis for a financial decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portfonia LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time. Portfonia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Portfonia may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Portfonia LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Jurisdiction to be finalized pending legal review.]
